- Marketing Manager
- Recently joining the Stevens Fine Homes team as Marketing Manager is Jennie Steele. In 2003 Jennie Steele joined Intracoastal Realty and the Keith Beatty team. In her 4 1/2 years there she coordinated Marketing and sold homes for the New Home Communities as well as general brokerage. The team enjoyed tremendous success even being recognized as the 27th team in country by the Wall Street Journal for 2006. After moving exclusively into new home sales she sold various communities as an on site agent until joining Stevens Fine Homes. Jennie, originally from Winston Salem, NC came to Wilmington in 1995 to attend the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. After graduating from the Cameron School of Business in 1999 with a degree in marketing, Jennie worked in Greece and her hometown of Winston Salem, before returning to Wilmington in 2003.
