Kristin Freeman, a South Carolina native, moved to Wilmington 2 years ago with her husband and 3 daughters. She and her husband found the Wilmington area’s laid back coastal lifestyle, cultural activities, and array of amenities the perfect location to raise their children.  She graduated with a degree from the Clemson University, and worked in sales and marketing for various real estate developers in Florida, Georgia and North Carolina before she began her career in new home sales.  She is now a New Home Specialist at Grayson Park and Orchid Bay at Waterford in Brunswick County.
