Kristen Ohler, although a Midwest native, considers herself a beach girl at heart. She made the move to Wilmington, NC in 2008 and has since been enamored with the friendly community and coastal lifestyle and amenities. With her degree in Marketing from Miami University, Kristen spent many years as an outside sales representative in the building industry. Her career developed into new home sales, and she is now a New Home Specialist at the communities of Grayson Park and Orchid Bay in Brunswick County. "I want to help people realize the dream of home ownership," she states. "And I feel privileged to do so with Stevens Fine Homes, Wilmington's #1 home builder." Kristen is known for her cheerful personality, and has been acknowledged by the company as a top sales agent in March of 2011.
