Kelly Patella is a Wilmington, NC native and graduate of East Carolina University with a degree in Housing and Architecture. After completing her education, Kelly worked in the Broadcast industry for 10 years, and owned her own franchise serving a 22 county area. Her experience in business, communication and sales had given her the tools to start her career in real estate. Now a member of the Stevens Fine Homes team, Kelly is passionate about new home sales. She worked as a New Home Specialist in the communities of Mallory Creek Plantation and Orchid Bay at Waterford before becoming a Design Studio Consultant. Kelly now works in the company's 2,500 square foot state-of-the-art Design Studio, helping her clients build and customize their dream homes, and giving them the exceptional customer service that Stevens Fine Homes is known for.
