Howie Molloy, a Chapel Hill, NC native and graduate of UNCW, started his real estate career in the early 1990's. He's been involved in over 500 real estate transactions over the past 20 years. Howie began selling property in Southport, NC, and soon after expanded to resort sales where he worked for 15 years. Upon relocating to the city of his alma mater, Howie began working in new home sales in the Wilmington, NC area. In 2011, Howie joined the Stevens Fine Homes team as a New Home Specialist in Majestic Oaks, a new home community in Hampstead, NC. One of Howie's most memorable real estate transactions was over 15 years ago. "I assisted a couple in buying a home - their very first home - after they had spent years working to put their five children through college. At age 65, they were finally able to invest in a home, and I was thrilled to make their life long dream of home ownership happen. Fifteen years later, I still keep in touch with them," Howie states. "There is nothing better than helping my customers achieve the dream of home ownership."
