For owner and President of Stevens Fine Homes, Craig Stevens, fulfillment comes from building quality homes. A third-generation builder, Craig picked up the finer points of the business from his father and grandfather. After graduating from North Carolina State University with a degree in business, Craig relocated to Wilmington, NC in the early 1990's. Since that time, he has been very active in the local building community. Craig has served as Chairman of the Parade of Homes and President of the Wilmington-Cape Fear Home Builders Association. Craig is the Chief Executive Officer of Stevens Fine Homes and oversees the day to day operations of the company.
