Stevens Fine Homes welcomed 175 Realtors and friends in the industry to Park Ridge for a Realtor Luncheon on August 16, 2011. It was an event for all to preview the Ogden area community and its new homes for sale from the mid $100's. Guests enjoyed lunch provided by local catering company MOI, and participated in a $2100 cash raffle. The raffle produced 41 happy cash winners. The event was a big success for the community.
