South Brook at Mallory Creek Plantation is a new home community in the Leland, NC area featuring new homes from $149,900 by Wilmington's #1 home builder, Stevens Fine Homes. South Brook's amenities include a swimming pool, clubhouse and playground. The military family was able to move in to their new home just in time for Veterans Day this November. Ken and Lauren Knowles made the decision to make their move from New Jersey to North Carolina one year ago.
