A third-generation builder, Craig picked up the finer points of the business from his father and grandfather. After graduating from North Carolina State University with a degree in business, Craig relocated to Wilmington in the late 1980s. Since that time, Craig has been very active in the local building community. In 2004 he served as chariman of the Parade of Homes, and currently sits on the board of the Wilmington-Cape Fear Home Builders Association, as Past President's Council.
